Activities & Self Care

We curate a beautiful balance of scheduled activities and down time. While each activity is chosen with extreme thought and consideration to your entire experience, your attendance is never mandatory. Should you chose to join us and not participate in any scheduled activities, that is your choice. However, we do seek out experiences that are unique to the location, compliment our educational theme, and are designed to nurture your soul. Some activities in the past have included Restorative Yoga, Sound Bath Healing, Herbal Salve Making, Tarot Card Reading, Styled Photo Sessions, Professional Head Shots, Creative Group Photo Sessions, and more.

Education

Embark on your transformative journey with our meticulously crafted Workbook and enriching Assignments, designed to unlock your full potential in the vibrant world of photography. Delivered well in advance of the retreat (by November 2024), our comprehensive resource dives deep into the topic of How To Apply Color Theory to Your Photography, empowering you to harness the power of hues in your photography career. Seamlessly schedule invigorating 2:1 calls (45 minutes each) with Lauren and Lindsey, offering personalized guidance tailored to your needs before the retreat.

By integrating Color Theory into your photography business, you can elevate the visual impact of your work, communicate more effectively with your audience, and establish a distinctive style that sets you apart in the industry. Along with the luxury lodging, we offer chef catered meals as well as home cooked meals. The cabinets will be stocked with your favorites so you don’t have to worry about any meals while you’re with us.

Our styled shootout is always an anticipated event. We find models, the location and we style them to perfection. Its a great opportunity to apply anything newly learned and create content for your portfolio.

Another hit is our professional headshots day. Bring your most “you” outfit and something special, we’ll capture your personality perfectly!

Escape to the “World’s Friendliest City” and indulge in the southern charm of Savannah, Georgia. Immerse yourself in the veil of Spanish moss, pristine beaches, period architecture and trendy boutiques. Relax and rejuvenate in the luxury of this serene lake home meticulously selected. The outdoor space features a pool, hot-tub, bar & grill, entertainment space and breathtaking lake views. There are even two kayaks available for out use!

Shared Rooms for $3195

While it will be a shared room, you are guaranteed your own bed, always. It may be a room with a bunk bed(s), but there will never be someone else in the bunk.

Single Rooms for $3595
While it is guaranteed that you do not have a roommate, we are not guaranteeing the bed size in your room - it could range from a single bed to a king bed.

$600 to secure your space once registration opens on April 1st. After that there will be three additional payments (due 6/15/24, 9/15/24 and 11/15/24).

YES!! This is a business expense and we are more than happy to generate an invoice for you for tax purposes.

  • Any and all professional photographers. As long as you know basic camera techniques, it doesn’t matter what experience level you are. This retreat IS geared towards those that are (or desire to) make photography a career, whether that be full-time or part-time. We do touch on all aspects of the creator - from business to self.

  • YES! This can be a business write-off!

    Pricing for the Savannah Retreat is as follows:
    Option 1: 3195. Shared Room with one other person, but always your own bed.
    Option 2: 3595. Single Room.

    Rate includes four nights accommodations, all food during the event and all planned event activities.

    Rate does NOT include transportation to and from the event home. Alcohol is also not included in the rate.

  • This home has 4 Single rooms and 3 Spaces in a Shared Room.

  • Fully defined in the contract, the cancellation policy states due to the nature and financial commitment of these events, participants understand their investment is non-refundable and non-transferable to another event. The attendee is responsible for the final balance or finding a replacement attendee to take over their contract.
